This seems to be asiatic bittersweet (Celastrus orbiculatus), which the DACF calls “severely invasive.” The DACF website describes the fruit as “Distinctive yellow aril covers orange-red seed. Fruits mature in fall and persist into winter.” Part of the Night Shade family, it is poisonous to humans, but birds can apparently it with impunity.
