Apple trees, sumac and berries

Some observations from the past weekend: (1) Apple tree leaves are falling, (2) clover buds burnt black, (3) sumac leaves tips turning red, (4) panicle hydrangeas are just starting their white to pink metamorphosis, and (5) the daily berry take has begun to thin.
